⚖️ Terms & Conditions – Goa Group Trip (30th Jan –3rd Feb 2025)

By booking a slot for this trip, you (“the participant”) agree to the following:

🛡️ Safety & Responsibility

  • I understand that adventure activities (treks, hikes, scooty rides, beach activities, water sports, etc.) carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, weather challenges, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • I am voluntarily participating in this trip at my own risk and will take full responsibility for my personal safety and well-being.

  • I agree that Tanmay Mandhan (the organizer) and its representatives will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delays that may occur during the trip.

🛵 Vehicles & Property

  • Scooty will be provided on a 2-sharing basis with petrol included.

  • I am responsible for any damage, fines, accidents, or penalties caused to the scooty during my use.

  • Any loss or damage to hostel property, equipment, or trip-related resources due to my negligence will be charged to me directly.

🚫 Behaviour & Conduct

  • I agree to maintain respectful behaviour towards fellow travellers, locals, hostel staff, and trip organisers.

  • Vulgarity, harassment, physical altercations, or any offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

  • Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

🗓️ Itinerary & Trip Adjustments

  • I understand that the itinerary is flexible and subject to change due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond the organizer’s control.

  • I agree to cooperate with any necessary adjustments to ensure the smooth running of the trip.

💰 Payments & Cancellations

  • My slot will be confirmed only after full payment.

  • Cancellations are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • If I am unable to join, I may transfer my slot to another person (with prior approval from the organizer).

🎒 Personal Responsibility

  • I am solely responsible for my personal belongings (cash, gadgets, documents, etc.) during the trip. The organizer will not be liable for any loss or theft.

  • I understand that basic fitness is required for trekking and adventure activities, and I am fit to participate.

  • I will inform the organizers in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

📸 Media & Content

  • By joining this trip, I consent to the use of photos/videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes by the organizer.

  • If I do not wish to appear in media, I will inform the organizers beforehand.

✅ Final Agreement

By making the payment and booking my slot, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed above.
