I participate at my own risk and release the organizer from liability.

🚐 Vehicles & Property
Travel will be in a Tempo Traveller.

Any damage due to negligence will be charged.

🚫 Behaviour & Conduct
Respect towards co-travellers, locals & staff is mandatory.

No harassment, violence, substance abuse or illegal activities.

🗓️ Itinerary & Changes
Itinerary may change due to weather, road or safety conditions.

💰 Payments & Cancellations
Slot confirmed only after full payment.

Booking amount is non-refundable.

Cancellations are non-refundable unless trip is cancelled by organizer.

Slot transfer is allowed with prior approval.

If the organiser assists in transferring your slot, 10% platform fee + payment gateway charges will be deducted.

If you arrange the replacement participant yourself, no transfer fee will be charged.
